About STAY...

The world has changed. Hotels need to digitize their processes to be more efficient and adapt to the needs of a new type of guest which demands a more digital experience with real time information, and faster and more personalized attention from the staff.

STAY is a Guest Experience System (GXS) which digitizes the hotel’s services in order to provide guests with a better experience during their time at the hotel. With STAY guests can manage all their needs during their stay with their own device while the hotel can respond to guest requests more efficiently and get feedback about guest satisfaction levels to provide them with the best guest experience possible.

About The Role…

A sales development representative (SDR) is an inside sales representative that focuses on outreach, prospecting, and lead qualification. SDRs don't focus on closing business, but connecting with as many leads as possible and determining if they're good customer fits for the future. SDRs move leads through the sales pipeline.

What Will You Do…

  • Prospect, qualify and develop new prospects (you will be the voice and face of STAY qualifying new prospects)
  • You will be responsible for building and developing initial customer relationship
  • Pre-call planning, outbound, and proactive cold-calling
  • Closing qualified meetings for Account Executives
  • Really learn how to successfully manage and overcome prospect objections and still be hungry for the next call
  • Promote, develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of STAY, industry trends, and competition
  • Communicating with all levels of the organization. Cold calling and follow-up experience to multiple executive levels within an organization

What You Need...

  • Desire to be in software sales (B2B )and if you like the tourism and hospitality sector, it’s a plus!
  • Passionate about people: a team player with the ability to work in a high-energy sales team environment
  • Extroverted profile with high communication skills (excellent phone, listening, and writing)
  • Excellent level of English to find no boundaries. Other languages will be appreciated !
